Our experience of restoration and refurbishment to existing properties crosses over our range of sectors.
Many of our projects require working with clients who remain in-situ throughout the duration of the refurbishment / restoration, therefore planning and works are undertaken to ensure minimal disruption to surrounding people and properties.
Small Works also offer a fit out service that enhances not only the interior quality of a building or individual space, but improves its life cycle and performance. Every fit-out is tailored to individual client specification, taking into account facilities in use, building technologies and occupier requirements.

Drylining
Westley’s experience of installing plasterboard systems dates back to the initial introduction
of drywall construction techniques to the UK from the United States. Systems installed not only meet aesthetic and functional requirements but specific acoustic, durability, fire, thermal, and
structural criteria.
Westley’s installations comply with accredited Quality Assurance schemes. They are covered by the British Gypsum SpecSure lifetime system warranties and the Knauf Drywall system performance and
product warranties.
Ceiling
Westley’s range of drywall and suspended ceiling systems provide the most comprehensive options in the market. The range includes lay-in grid tiles, planks and seamless boarded solutions. Our ceiling experts work with projects large and small to offer the best solution especially where acoustic control is a consideration.
Westley install all commercially available external systems ranging
from traditional terracotta applied as rain screen cladding, through to highly flexible and cost-effective insulated systems which are designed to meet stringent ‘U’ value
requirements.
